The Punisher aka Frank Castle, is an Italian American vigilante who turns into a highly violent character "punishing" by kidnap, torture, extorsion, coercion in order to seek justice. Castle's family was murdered by the mob for witnessing a crime in Central Park.
His first debut was in The Amazing Spiderman #129.
